Amy Louise Evans is an illustrator living and working in the West Midlands. Her style is a mix of hand-drawn and digital artwork, with a focus on people, plants, and the occasional cat. She mainly illustrates for publishing. In 2013, while she was studying MA Digital and Visual Communication at the University of Wolverhampton, Amy moved into a canal boat right in the centre of Birmingham. She fell in love with everything about Birmingham: its eclectic collection of buildings, its community spirit and the fact that every suburb is heaving with history and character.
